We are practicing attorneys who each have over 30 years of experience. Nancy Brodzki is a Board Certified Family Law attorney and Supreme Court Certified mediator. Nancy opened her solo law firm in 1989, after working for other firms, both big and small, for 3 years. She was also the CEO and COO of a successful retail business for 5 years. Andrea Jacobs is an immigration attorney and arbitrator/chair for FINRA. Andrea opened her solo law firm in 1993 after practicing for other firms for several years. Both of us raised families while running our own law firms.
In 2012, after a few years of sharing office space and some employees, Andrea and Nancy decided to merge their firms into Brodzki Jacobs. Now a firm with four attorneys, paralegals and support staff, these two veterans would like to share the secrets of their success with you. They understand that the secret to owning a thriving practice actually depends on the business side as well as the legal side. Andrea and Nancy spent a lot of time creating processes and procedures in order to create a business model that other lawyers can follow.

Andrea, as the Managing Partner of the firm and resident business junkie, oversees the back end of the practice. Her processes can be easily integrated into any firm.
